Thank you Grant McConnell and Adam Alexander, our story started with you and it ends with you. Grant’s knowledge of McCrae is second to none. A true professional and gentleman, considerate and supportive in a very testing time in the housing market. If you would like a great negotiator, someone who looks after you and works very very hard to achieve the best possible outcome, Grant is the man for you !!!!

Jarrod communicated constantly with myself and my parents for the purchase of the house in Dromana making the transition from Melbourne to the Peninsula as easy as possible. Jarrod has been thorough and professional, organising for the documents to be in Melbourne for my parents to sign was very helpful. We would recommend Jarrod to other customers.

In a challenging market, Grant presented with a thorough knowledge and experience akin to working in the area for a long time. He was professional at all times and kept us up to date throughout the selling process. Both my husband and I felt he was realistic, honest and a voice of reason. We were happy with the outcome and thankful we were able to move forward with the purchase of our next property. We would recommend Grant to potential vendors. Thank you for your diligence and advice. Kind regards, Jacqueline McIntosh

Grant came highly recommended to us and our expectations were fulfilled. He has a great knowledge of the peninsula and has a realistic understanding of property prices. He follows up after each open for inspection and has a very clam, understanding and positive temperament. We would not hesitate to recommend him to any potential buyer or house sellers.

We chose Grant to sell my father's property in Rosebud as he came across very professional and friendly. He was very respectful and understanding of the emotion of selling a long-term family home. Grant's knowledge of the residential market in the area is very impressive. His involvement within the community showed us that he is very active with the local people and businesses. I would recommend Grant to family and friends to engage his services when selling a property.
