We had excellent communication with Jarrod throughout the selling process keeping us up to date with all the potential buyer feedback, open for inspection results and queries. It was a great help during the journey.

Having had three different property dealings with Phil over the past 12 months (and all of them successful) I have nothing but praise for him and Hockingstuart Rosebud. With out Phil,s persistence and general sales knowledge I,m sure our last sale would have taken much longer We can certainly recommend Phil for your property dealings .....Alan/Denise

Great work by Phil from start to finish in selling our house. Very easy to deal with. We were particularly pleased with his knowledge of the local market which means the sale itself was quick and we got the price expected. Will definitely be using him again for our next sale.
