He recommended strategies that he felt would be best for us, stated realistic outcomes without overinflating our expectations. He is knowledgeable about the market and he kept us updated regularly. We got a result above our expectation. Dealing with Phil and his team was an easy experience and it got result according to the timeline we specified - exactly as he suggested we would.
