Grant was an outstanding selling agent who helped make our purchase dry genuinely stress-free. From day one, Grant was professional, responsive, and transparent. He communicated clearly at every step, followed up quickly on questions, and made sure we always understood the process and what was needed next. He was also extremely well organised—keeping timelines on track, coordinating paperwork efficiently, and helping everything move forward without delays. What we appreciated most was how approachable and reliable he was. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and he handled the whole sale with calm confidence. Thanks to Grant’s guidance and attention to detail, the purchase was a success and the overall experience was a really positive one. We’d highly recommend Grant to anyone buying or sellind

Steve was honest with the market place and assisted us to adjust our campaign to get buyers through and get the best price. He negotiated a slightly better offer. All sold, with deposit ready to buy a house before Xmas. Looking forward to next year, due to Steve’s help.
