We approached Phil about a month and half ago with the intention to sell the Holiday Home in Rosebud which we owned for 45 years. Phil gave us a detailed run down of what the houses in the area were selling for and what we probably would expect to achieve at auction. Phil communicated well throughout the whole time withe open home inspection eg. how many went through and feed back.
