Grant has a high level of marketing knowledge and auction skills leading to myself receiving $40000 more for my house than the maximum I though possible. In my opinion one of the best agent and auctioneer there is. I would absolutely recommend Grant to anyone in the process of selling their home.

Grant and the team at Hocking Stuart got us a really good result when we recently sold our Father's house in McCrae. They were pretty spot on it their assessment of the market and more knowledgable than their competitors that we spoke to. All who contributed to the sales campaign including the photographer, the ad copy writer, the administrative team were all very capable and professional and most helpful in guiding us along the way. On the day of the auction, Grant's negotiation skills came to the fore and the family was very happy with both the price and the way the sale was managed.

We found Phil to be great to deal with. He assisted us along the way with a clear marketing strategy, and constant feedback from opens leading up to our Auction. He remained professional throughout, maintaining a realistic and common sense approach which suited us. We were thrilled with our Auction result.

My mother's property was a very difficult one to sell due to the slope of the land and the property being heavily treed. Both Jarrod and Adam from Hocking Stuart Dromana were very professional and understood how difficult the sale process was going to be for my 83 year old mother, whose emotional attachment to the property made it a more difficult than usual sale process. They treated her with compassion and understanding. They were patient and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They always called after an open house to update me on the feedback from any prospective buyers who went through the property. They also followed up with a written update via email. I couldn't fault how they presented themselves or represented the property. They were very open and honest when it came to the price range for the property. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their team at Hocking Stuart Dromana to anyone wanting to sell a property on the Mornington Peninsula. Sincerely, Kerryn Barnes 4 August, 2018

When looking at property to buy I always remembered Phil, though we didn't buy from him at the time. He is the perfect combination of no fuss/get the job done without all the hyperbole, and his response times via email and phone are better than anyone I've ever encountered in real estate - immediate (if not sooner!) When it came to selling property we didn't even consider anyone else, and our faith in him was rewarded. A sale prior to auction and an absolutely HUGE profit - couldn't believe it. To sum him up I guess you would have to say 'genuine' - you just know that he's decent and honest and on everyone's side, and you can rely absolutely on what he says. 10/10 Phil, and we're so very grateful!

Steve was a fabulous agent to work with from the very beginning and even up until now, a month after we have moved out of our house. He still keeps in touch and is only a phone call away if we need anything at all. We felt comfortable with him from the start and were able to freely communicate with him throughout the whole process. He supported our decisions and never pushed us in any way. We will definitely be giving him a call for the next one too, thank you for everything!

Hi Phil, Just a line to say how pleased we were with the way you handled the sale of the property. We were amazed how everything took place in 5 weeks from initial contact to completed sale. You were helpful, courteous and sufficient. Many thanks. Alan & Trish Bright
