We were very happy with the outcome of the sale of our property. Grant provided regular feedback throughout the campaign and on auction day did an excellent job. All the staff were very friendly and easy to deal with. There were a few minor mishaps with the internet campaign early but these were addressed immediately once raised.

I would happily recommend Grant as a Real Estate Agent. The Open for Inspections were well run and well attended. He ran a very professional Auction and I believe achieved the best price possible on the day.

After a short, effective 4 week campaign which created great interest in our property, Hocking stuart conducted a successful auction which achieved a good price for our property. At all times we were kept fully informed of progress, and I would recommend Hocking Stuart , and in particular Steve Edmund and Grant McConnell ,as agents of choice

We had several contingency plans to sell and Grant accommodated these wishes. Grant listened to what we proposed without argument and negotiated with potential buyers accordingly. Grant acted promptly in negotiating with buyers that could probably meet our needs. In summary, we found that Grant is an agent who is prepared to meet the Vendor's wishes. In other words, the customer is always right.
