Sometimes referred to as "the little magician," Gary Ablett jnr.is a freakishly gifted footballer. He is able to do what the majority of other highly skilled footballer simply can't do. The reason for that is simple - Gary is a natural footballer. Guy is in the same league in real estate. Selling real estate in South Australia's beautiful Barossa Valley hasn't been easy in the last while. And yet Guy has sold a block of land, and an adjoining house for me, both within two weeks of first being advertised. How does he do that? I don't know, and to tell you the truth, I don't much care. When Gary Ablett is on your team you don't analyse how he does what he does, just give him the ball. It is the same with Guy - just give to him the property. Bravo Guy, and thanks so much. Stress free selling - now that's a real goal to aim for in my play book.
