Guy was friendly and very very helpful from the beginning. His appraisal of the house and estimated market value was spot on. I had numerous questions at different times for Guy and he responded to my queries very promptly. He made for a very smooth sale and his negotiations were exceptional. He explained the processes very well and nothing was too difficult. Whilst very professional and knowledgeable, Guy took the time to chat and was never rushed or in a hurry to be somewhere else, although I knew how busy he was!

I have known, and dealt with, Guy, and only Guy, in the Barossa Valley, for my than a decade. Back in 2003/4/5 I built a number of houses in Adelaide, and had them sold by various Adelaide agents. In 2004 I bought my second property in Angaston, assisted by Guy. I bought my first one through Guy. He sold the first (quickly and efficient for what I wanted), some 8 years ago. He just assisted me subdivide the second, and then he sold the block, in a very hard market - in two weeks! Some might say he was lucky, and perhaps he was a little. But here's the thing, he has had the same "luck" in every transaction I have had with him! He was/is more "lucky" than the Adelaide agents ever were. So if you want the job done, quickly and efficiently, call Guy, listen to, and take, his advice, and you might just be "lucky" with your transaction too.

Guy and the team where all great. We found Guy to be a pleasant and easy to talk to agent. We felt we could approach him at anytime to get and instruction or info on what we needed to do. He explained the purchasing steps clearly and we felt comfortable with what he was saying. The homburg team work well together and Guy just exemplifies this at the coal face.
