Tim and the team have been efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They are my rental agents for both of my properties. Tim was communicating with me regularly and kept me up to date. Would highly recommend Home Estate Agents to friends and family.
Home Estate Agents
HOME have been managing our various rental properties for the past 20 years and also the recent sale of our home in Queens Park. With the recent rental of my Clovelly apartment they went above and beyond with preparing and marketing my unit for lease. Special mention to Eva Johnson who basically project managed the renovations throughout and even selected and acquired the tapware, fittings, etc, etc. I highly recommend them.

I’m thankful for Tim for his exceptional work all through out the process of moving in to our new home. He makes sure that he answers all our queries and guide us. Be reliable and always on call. Huge thanks Tim!
Home Estate Agents
The inspection and application process was smooth. They were desperate for a tenant and asked what they could do to convince me then once I applied, I was heavily pressured into paying more rent than I am comfortable with. They told me the property had NBN and gas of which neither were evident when I moved in. The property has lots of broken parts and junk left around. I have asked multiple times for the rubbish to be removed and am being ignored. Maybe, as a landlord, these are the agents you want as they will save you money short term, but think about the cost long term when damage is neglected. I simply want the property to function as promised since that's what I'm paying for.

I contacted Blake to visit a house for rent, and the experience was smooth and easy. Their responsiveness, quiet and non-intrusive tone, and attentive listening set the benchmark for what a real estate agency should be. They demonstrated a genuine commitment to helping me make the right decision. Their professionalism, flexibility and transparency made the entire process a pleasure. I recommend Home Estate Agents to anyone searching for their new home, and I am grateful for their assistance in finding mine.

I was highly impressed with the professional approach and guidance with the rental. The property was marketed as expected and the team delivered as promised. A special call out for Nick Risteski which has actively been involved in the tenancy from the start. Post the rental the approach and the follow-up service has been hands on and very timely. The service to date has been excellent from this professional team including up to date reporting. Would not hesitate to recommend Home Estate Agents as a managing agent.
