Home Estate Agents
I have had many investment properties and by far Home Estate Agents are the most professional Agency I have worked with. Their attention to detail and thoroughness in selecting tenants is outstanding and they care about the outcomes. John leads by example I highly recommend them.

Alexi from Maroubra Home estate agent has handled our rental property with ease and perfection. Communications from all interested parties was relayed with hesitation. Our apartment was opened for its first inspection on a Saturday and taken at 10am the following Monday. All safety checks completed with the 2 parties both happy with the result. If you need an experienced agent to lease out your property Don't go past Alexi from Home Estate Agents Maroubra

I purchased my investment unit in Bellevue Hill through John at Home Estate Agents in March 2017 and since acquiring the property have used Home Estate Agents to manage the property. Most recently we had to find a new tenant and Alexi Alexander did an excellent job in securing the right tenant under difficult covid circumstances. Alexi was very professional in his approach and we had a positive outcome in a timely manner. Thanks to Alexi and the team at Home Estate Agents.

My property vacated during COVID, I was worried it’s going to take a long time to get new tenant. Alexi wasted no time get open inspection 2nd day after old tenants left and new contract signed the day after. Keep me updated all the time. Well done Alexi!
