I have used Home Estate now for 8 years and would highly recommend them to lease a property. The communication between the agent and the landlord is highly important and is something they practise effectively. Home Estate carry out their affairs quickly and professionally offering choices and suggestions to reach the best outcome for both the landlord and the tenant.

Andrew and Ali are the most friendliest and professional real estate agents around. I would have no hesitation to recommend these 2 to look after your home let it be for rental or for sale.

We have recently rented out our house through Andrew, we were apprehensive with the process as we have just built a beautiful house and less than a year later we are moving interstate. From the first phone call Andrew was wonderful, he was reassuring and totally at ease with the process which made me feel calmer and more relaxed. His knowledge and love of the area is brilliant and I had every faith that he would find us the perfect tenants. Before he’d even put our house on a public website he was ringing me about a family who wanted to have a look. And they were the perfect family! Thankyou Andrew for all your help, and I know I won’t have a worry about a thing whilst away, Andrew will take care of it all.

We have had the pleasure of using the incredible service of home estate for more than 2 years. They manage our rented property. They met me promptly after my first phone call, inspected the property, provided an enormous amount of advice On getting the property suitable for renting, fireproof to standards etc. They provided excellent advice on the market and a suitable price range. They contacted me regularly after interviewing several clients and provided recommendations within only a couple of weeks, and we had the property rented. When the last couple left we only had 2 days without rent before a new client was engaged, due to their efficiency and planning ahead. They went out of their way to satisfy our needs and liaise with our leasing client. They are prompt with repairs and have a number of excellent tradesmen. They even negotiated with strata when strata were slow to follow up on issues. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!!!! Don’t look anywhere else.
