He knows how to set realistic expectations whilst remaining positive. I found him very professional and he keeps things simple and moving along. In hindsight, there could have been some things that could have changed or explored about the process of the sale. However, in this instance there were mitigating circumstances which didn't allow more time for this. Overall, a very positive experience.
