She always kept me updated and consulted me whenever a good application was received - giving her views and getting my opinion too. The property managers Ian McNamee can be contacted only by calling their office but the call is promptly transferred to the property manager or call returned as soon as the manager becomes available. Quite happy with their service too. They were always on top of the tenant ensuring proper payment of rent, reimbursement of water charges, etc. They also ensured that the property is well maintained and that I was able to inspect the property too whenever I happen to visit Canberra.

Hi. I did the inspection on Saturday morning, and by Wednesday I got the results. They are quick in the process. I have also ask for ask for carpet cleaning and they agreed on that. Daniel was the person who responded to all my emails asap and worked my process which went fast and smoothly. Since I have to give 21 days for my old property, they even understand that and didn't push me to move in soon and give the time date I preferred to move it. The tenancy approval process was smooth and the assistance with connecting services was excellent. However, after moving in, communication and follow-up were disappointing. My email regarding access to a garage fob went unanswered, and I had to follow up myself. Additionally, the security video/intercom system was incomplete, with the video unit missing despite the door buzzer being installed. While the initial leasing experience was positive, responsiveness to unit and access issues needs improvement.
