6 property managers in under 3 years, some admitted to never going to the property for the inspections. When we returned to the property it hadn't been cleaned properly with multiple unreported damage. Yet they claimed the house was clean and the tenants had done a great job. Cancelled contracts with third party companies (which they had no right to do). Failed to follow up with faulty works undertaken under their supervision. Avoid them at all cost!
