I have been in 1A Albizia Pl now since 17/7/20 and very disapointed , before I moved in I noticed fence pailings loose on the fence with rusted nails exposed so I reported it and was fixed , when i moved in I found leaking taps in laundry - kitchen the whole was loose and leaking into the cabinet underneath Only got fixed on 9/9/20 -bathrooms taps and side door in garage wasn't shutting- front door the strip keept catching on the step - have been fixed now - and the oven isn't working it's button is jammed and has no temp stickers on it all so the electrition came and looked at it and said you need a new one so I have no oven no grill yet I'm paying $550.00 i should recompesated this should have been done before I moved in Eva

They were always polite and helpful. If my questions could not be answered during my phone call they always made sure i received a call back with someone who did have an answer that same day. Service was good and look forward to dealing with them throughout our lease agreement
