Jacob Stanton recently sold my house in Bonython for me. Jacob was 1 of 4 agents I interviewed before making a choice of agent, and his professional and friendly manner was evident from the start. I had a tight timeline due to work that had to be done to have the property ready to sell. Jacob helped me decide the work that should be done, and organised a builder, painter, floor specialists and landscaper to complete the project in record time to enable an auction to occur before Christmas. I was also kept informed on work undertaken and then after the marketing campaign started, he sent a report after each open day with an extensive report on visitors and possible buyers. Obi and his team were outstanding in every aspect and from the first discussion to the final closing. The professionalism and industry knowledge were crucial to a successful auction. He was able to organise short notice work when it can be difficult to get someone for a small job. His connections got us sale ready. We can give Obi our highest recommendation for anyone buying or selling in the future. He is that rare combination of someone who is very knowledgeable in the market and a consummate professional. He was always on time, courteous and supportive of both parties. We always felt that Obi had our best interests at the forefront and he provided excellent advice on how to prepare and present our home for sale. We were also very satisfied with the conveyancer they recommended. They had the attention to detail needed for this sale.
