After interviewing a number of agents, we chose Lauren for the sale of our fathers deceased estate home. Her assessment of the property was, in my opinion, right on the mark. Some were ridiculously high and some were equally low. Knowing that we would require some trades to 'spec the home' Lauren offered her services to project manage free of charge. The trades on her books were all of high a caliber and we were extremely pleased with the end result. If I was to gauge the impact of the work I'd say it added around 10% to the sale price of the house. The communication and explanations during the whole process kept us comfortable with what was happening and what was next and she kept our expectations in the realm of reality in a very professional and courteous manner. Always upbeat and eager to assist and resolve anything that come up it was a pleasure to take this journey with Lauren at the helm. Thank you.

We have bought and sold multiple times in Canberra and other parts of Australia but no experience has come close that that provided by Obi and the Property Collective Team. Communication was fantastic from day one and through to after settlement.
