Easy and smooth house sale
Jacob was friendly, knowledgeable and made the complexity of selling my parents property simple and stress free. No problem was too large for Jacob who willingly helped the family through the sale process keeping us informed during every step of the way. In Good Hands
When we deiced it was time to sell our home of 34 years we thought we were in for a stressful time. However from the moment we met Jacob he put us at our ease and we knew we were in good hands. Absolutely Brilliant!!!
Obi is by far the most honest and helpful agent I have seen. We have met with other sales agents before who were full of lies but Obi has always been very open and honest. He was always available to take phone calls, accommodated our schedules and even worked with my broker during the Christmas period so that I could get my final loan approved before I changed job. An outstanding experience I have had with Obi and The Property Collective from the start to finish. Highly recommend The Property Collective to anyone looking to buy and sell their house. I know who to look for when I am looking to sell my house now! 11/10 for the service!!!

Obi was extremely personable and we felt well looked after throughout the process!
As first time buyers we did not expect to have such a great relationship with the sellers agent. Obi was there to help us at all times of day, from start to finish, whenever we had any questions. Even when things didn’t go quite right Obi was the first one to find solutions. He made us feel special, particularly with gestures such as champagne and house warming gifts. We would recommend him to anyone, and would certainly go back in future!

We have had the best experience with Jacob as our agent selling our house. We had met Jacob at many open homes and always appreciated him remembering us, his professionalism and tailored follow up. When it came to choosing an agent, Jacob took the time to thoroughly explain the process, his approach, scenarios etc. It was a no-brainer to work with him and he has delivered every step of the way. He is an outstanding project manager and able to set milestones and achieve them. He quickly resolved any issues that came up throughout the process and kept us in the loop on everything. Excellent approach to sales, understands the market and his clients
Jaycob previously supported us with a property purchase - when it came time to selling our beautiful investment he and Property Collective was the only person we called. From supporting the demolition and checking in on the renovations Jaycob and the Property Collective had our house sold in just over a week on the market. They kept us fully informed - provided buyer updates and statistics and talked through sales strategies. Jaycob is a talented agent and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. See you in Bali mate.
