I have bought and sold quite a few properties. Obi has been by far the best agent that I have ever dealt with. He was enthusiastic and engaged at every stage of the process. Having a great team of people behind him also helped and staging the property was an excellent idea. The photos were excellent and the advertising was well crafted. There were 17 groups at the first open and 6 groups at the second. Obi worked with all the potential buyers and in less tgan 5 days got 5 offers on my property. Each offer he pushed up by $5,000 in order to get me the best price. The highest offer exceeded my expectations by far! I know the market is hot at the moment, but the work to get the best price still needs to be done well and Obi did just that. Obi also ensured the buyers had their finance arranged and were completely ready to purchase. The buyer of my property exchanged quickly and settled one day earlier than first planned. Obi is extremely polite, emotionally intelligent and has a real passion invested in what he does. Thanks Obi for an amazing experience!

Amongst all the craziness of buying our first home, Lauren was a shining light. Dealing with multiple agencies and auctions throughout 2021 was a harrowing experience but as soon as we met Lauren at the first viewing through to the auction she was nothing but helpful and caring. Lauren was the perfect hype girl on auction day and it was obvious she had not only the sellers best interests in mind but also ours as the winning bidders.
