This is the second time we have used Nick to sell our property. His professionalism, personable approach, sound judgement and deep knowledge of the market ensured each time we had a quick sale with multiple competitive offers. Both 10 out of 10 experiences using Nick. There is no doubt we will be using Nick again, as he is genuinely committed and works his hardest to get the best outcome for his clients.

We met Nicholas at an open home, he was very nice and professional. We ended up wanting to view the house again, which he was more than happy to accommodate for us. We ended up buying this house, during the negotiation process he was very understanding, willing to go above and beyond to help us but also with respect to the seller, in our opinion this is a very good quality to have. We would deal and recommend Nicholas to anyone looking to either sell or buy a property

We had the pleasure of working with Mark when we purchased our home, and I can confidently say that he made the entire process seamless. His communication was outstanding, always keeping us informed and responding promptly to any questions we had. We really appreciated his transparency, which made us feel completely comfortable and confident in our decisions. Not only was he a pleasure to work with, but we were so impressed that we’re now using him to sell our current home. Mark has been in Real Estate for many years and we appreciated all his marketing skills and professionalism that he and his agency displayed during the sale of our family home. Nothing was too much trouble and all our apprehension and questions were responded to in a timely and understandable manner. Dealings with all agency staff were efficient and effective. The purchase of our new downsized home was also conducted with ease through Mark. We would highly recommend Mark and this agency to conduct your selling and buying experience. We think Mark conducted our sale with diplomacy and confidence in the product we entrusted him with. Thank you Mark, Nick and Holly.
