We couldn’t be happier with the result of our property sale at 19 McCauley Avenue, Googong — all thanks to Nicholas Jacob. From beginning to end, Nicholas demonstrated outstanding professionalism and deep market expertise. His guidance throughout the process was insightful and spot-on, reflecting a strong understanding of both strategy and the local market. We trusted his recommendations, and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Nicholas to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, committed, and results-driven real estate agent. You will not be disappointed!

Mark was simply outstanding. Everything was explained to us, and we had full knowledge of what was to happen, the process and expectations. His team did a wonderful job in preparing and presenting the property. We had nothing to do, and everything was taken care for us. More importantly we had a offer within the couple of hours but Mark represented our interest first and pushed for the top end of our expectations. At all times we had the utmost faith and trust that he was representing us to achieve the maximum outcome. He has exceeded our exceptions.

I was very impressed with Robert Burns and the rest of the team at Independent. I have already recommended the agency to someone else who is selling.

I had a very positive experience with Nicholas downsizing to an apartment after selling my home of 20 plus years. I found Nick friendly & helpful, his commication was excellent . . Nick always returned my emails & phone calls in a timely manner. Nick made sure I was in good hands with his colleague Holly Smith whilst he was overseas. I found Holly to be very friendly & nothing short of Amazing! Nothing was too much trouble!! Buying & selling can potentially be very daunting. My experience was smooth & very enjoyable . I have no hesitation recommending Nicholas & Holly! They make a great Team. Cheers & Thank you Jules Julie Griffin

I had a great experience working with Nick. Throughout the process, he was professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the local market and the best campaign strategy. Nick was able to secure several strong offers early in the campaign - resulting in a quick hassle-free sale of my property.

Mark is knowledgeable about the Canberra market, friendly with an infectious passion for real estate, and made our apartment purchase just so easy. He knew the place like it was his own - and was only too happy to answer our questions on the opening day and subsequently as we weighed up making an offer. After our offer was accepted, Mark did everything he could to help facilitate a quick and seamless exchange. We will definitely be talking to Mark next time we are looking to purchase!

Mark was nothing but 100% honest, friendly & professional. No question too difficult or request for additional inspections were a problem. I could not fault his and Holly's service. They are still assisting with small things , 4 weeks after settlement. The best Agent by far , I'd been looking at properties for 6months. So happy with the process that Mark guided me through and my new home. I'd highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you Mark
