Stephanie has been exceptional with detail reporting and advise on maintenance as well as regular inspection report with details including photos of state of property and communication with Tennants. Used JAS Stephens (Yarraville office} to assist with finding a tenant for our rental property in Newport. From advice on advertising the apartment, open for inspection days, screening of prospective tenants and weekly rent rates for the area, Jas Stephens, namely Anna, took care of it all. We were constantly being kept up to date with the progress of finding a suitable tenant. This was achieved successfully and lease was drawn up according to legal guideline requirements. Overall, very happy with Anna who is a credit to the agency and also happy with the various agents who assisted with the task. Highly recommend Jas Stephens for results and professionalism.
