Wonderful experience from start to finish. Sensible and realistic price assessment which showed through with offers and sale price achieved above my expectations. Constantly kept up to date with any enquires and back up team were also excellent. Despite some delays on our side from lender, Elise was ever vigilant is pursuing progress and keeping both potential buyers and myself informed. Could not recommend Elise more highly.

John Galea and the team at Jas Stephens Real Estate guided us through the sale of our home. We found that John's advice for the presentation of the property as well as his extensive network for tradespeople were invaluable. Throughout the campaign we received frequent updates and feedback from potential purchasers and guidance about the best sales strategy. John took the property to auction on our behalf and we were impressed by his confident and upbeat interactions with the crowd!

We found Elise to be genuine, easy to talk to, and trustworthy. She really listened when we told her what we were looking for and her clear communication allowed us to confidently make a purchase. Elise is honestly the best Agent we’ve dealt with and we would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell.

Jade Silcock is a great agent, from the first meeting she informed my sister and I of the different options to sell Mum’s property and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Jade went above and beyond to get us the best price and she certainly achieved a fantastic price, way beyond our wildest dreams. Both of us highly recommend Jade, she works hard to get the best outcome for her clients and her knowledge of the area is one of her greatest assets.

Lily was great to have as our property agent. Lily gave us an extensive campaign outline, she helped coordinate pre-sale trades and was present throughout the whole campaign to support us. Lily’s communication skills are great which is so reassuring during the stress of selling a house. Would recommend to anyone looking to sell to have a conversation with Lily and you won’t be disappointed.

Working with John was a pleasure. He had strong knowledge of the current real estate market and the local area, so gave very good and clear advice on what I could expect during the sale process. John also was very supportive and answered all queries promptly and never seemed to busy to discuss the property and the campaign. The feedback notes provided after each open for inspection were extensive and informative.

Andy quickly engenders trust with his impressive acumen, excellent communication skills, responsiveness and ability to deliver what he promises swiftly and reliably. He was very hands on in supporting me to achieve my desired timeline for sale and was accurate in his market forecasts and pricing advice. He coordinated quotes and resourced me with several affordable and efficient trades when asked. He was available, grounded and pragmatic when fielding questions about the process. This real estate wizard even delivered two painters in the 11th hour (and on a weekend!) when my personal tradesman fell through, so that we could launch marketing on schedule. Highly recommend this gem of a human if you want a realtor who is wonderful to deal with and will smoothly execute your campaign with excellent outcomes.

Taylor was not only knowledgeable of the property he was auctioning but the surrounding area, amenities, cafe's and shopping options available. He kept the auction moving along but at the same time, gave everyone fair and ample opportunity to think, confer and confirm their bids. I would recommend to both buyers as a fair and honest salesperson and vendors alike as a professional representative who does his homework.
