As buyers, we didn't have a great deal of contact with George, but when we did he was always helpful and friendly. We'd have been happy to use him to sell our property, but Jas Stephens don't operate in our area, so he referred us to an agent who does. We ultimately signed up with that agent.

John represented the buyer and we were the winning bidders at auction. Generally some agents share too many details and play both sides off. Even when pressed John held firm and would not share any further information that the seller had not approved. After the purchase John and the team were professional and requested if it was ok to meet the previous owners who wanted to wish us well.

George was super helpful and friendly in helping us find our beautiful home in Seddon. George was also very quick to respond via email, text or phone call. He made the process really easy for us and helped us through the whole process from first inquiry to settlement day. I would work with George again in a heartbeat and would recommend him to everyone!

Branko was the the agent when we first bought the property in 2017 and was the reason why we decided to go with Jas Stephens when selling in 2021. We found Branko very easy to deal with and made the selling experience stress free. He was able to guide us through each step of the process and is transparent with any information he has. Both him and Andy were quick to respond to any requests and always kept us informed.

George recently sold my house, It was an off market sale and the house sold in ten days for an excellent price. George was a pleasure to work with. He was able to tap into his extensive database to find interested buyers. His local knowledge of the real estate market was invaluable. Thanks for the great result George!

I both bought and sold via George. Both cases was just so excellent experience. Buying and selling are stressful in nature, however George magically made it stress free and enjoyable for me. He is very honest, knows the market very well and happy to help every single min you ask for. He is not only a professional in his own field, but an excellent interior designer that his advises reflect the market demand and buyer tastes. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I am incredibly grateful to have had John with me to sell my investment property. John stands out from many other agents, he is honest, respectful and a truly genuine person who cares. John's communication was exemplary, he was extremely generous with his time and most importantly listened to myself understanding fully the outcome I was seeking. Thank you so very much John

In the first few minutes speaking with Branko, you can immediately tells that he lives and breathes in the inner west. He was so passionate about helping us sell our property, keen to unearth its historical narrative. But to be honest, Branko was not originally our first choice agent. We read a Domain article about an agent from a local competing agency who had sold a similar warehouse/pub conversion. This agent had also achieved the highest and second highest selling price in our complex in the last few years. But with Jas Stephens' dominance and success in the inner west, we recalled our interaction as underbidders on a property sold by Branko 8 years ago, and knew in our gut that this genial and easy-going agent would best represent us. Back then, as prospective buyers, we did not feel pushed into upping our offer, and we have had our fair share since of pushy agents to know that Branko was not to be lumped with those types. We wanted the prospective buyers for our place to experience the same level of ease in Branko's friendliness and authenticity. We can now say that with absolute conviction that in our dealings with Branko as vendors, he is every bit as lovely plus some, as we remembered 8 years ago. What an asset he is to Jas Stephens. It is not every day that you meet an agent who self-proclaims he is risk-averse! We need more Brankos in the real estate industry who makes you feel like he will be in your corner through thick and thin! Thank you Branko!

Lily recently helped us sell our house in Yarraville and we are absolutely certain that without her we would not have achieved the price we got. Throughout the entire campaign, she was so thorough in keeping us, as vendors, fully informed of all the inspection data and was so personal and invested in us achieving our selling goals. We could not speak more highly of her professionalism, communication skills, reliability and transparency.
