Tate worked professionally to get the maximum number of potential customers through the property and strategy to obtain the best sale price and attention to detail was excellent. Tate contacted me with updates twice a week, and advised me of all interest in the property in detail. I was also impressed with Michael who assisted the sales process & the Auctioneer who conducted the Auction. The final result was well above our reserve expectation.
