His generous advice secured us our new home for a very reasonable price and when it came to the mad rush to sell our own home, it would have been impossible to do without him. John guided us through the maze of solicitors, banks (!), mortgage brokers, decorators and painters so that, unbelievably, we were ready to go on the market right on schedule. His diligence prior to auction was evident in the thorough and utterly honest reports we got on all open houses. He followed up interest and offered evaluations to potential buyers, gave us clear and comprehensive buyer feedback and worked long and late (go home to your family John!!) to ensure we got the best result. We so trusted John that we were comfortable with the auction going ahead with one of us overseas. The auction was a joy to behold with Craig Stephens holding the floor with charisma and the easy authority of years of experience, whilst John supported the whole process with his knowledge of the buyers and property and we were so delighted with the outcome. John made selling our family home a pleasure (nerve-racking as such things are) and we learned so much.
