I chose George and Jas Stephens after shopping around for an agent, ( I met with five others ) because his communication was good and clear and fast, and he set the process out in a straightforward manner, whereas all but one of the other agents seemed to be more withholding and opaque, and have complicated processes. All the other staff were great to deal with as well. For any prospective sellers thinking of going with Jas Stephens, I recommend them, and George in particular, but also suggest you arrange to see a copy of the advertising text and draft signage well before it goes up for advertising so that you have a chance to propose changes. I also recommend for any first time sellers, that you do your research on what the standard rate of commission is before negotiating a commission. All in all I'd say Jas Stephens are probably the best agent in the inner west. George was polite, knowledgable an a pleasure to deal with. Recommend.

Having purchased a property at auction with Branko (2/7 Station Place Sunshine), I immediately decided to have him sell our previous property and it was a decision we did not regret. I was also very impressed with his 2IC Danielle Fordham with whom coincidentally we had purchased the previous property before she moved to Branko’s office. Branko is a down to earth, hard working and no bullshit kind of guy and I would recommend him above most of the many agents I have dealt with as a solicitor and the handful we have dealt with in relation to our own properties.
