5 star Service! Branko was recommended to us through friends and we were not disappointed. Branko was very professional and his experience and knowledge was second to none. We can't thank him & the staff at Jas Stephens enough for all their hard work throughout the campaign, we are over the moon with the result ...

I recently purchased this property off Jas Stephens. Marina Condic was the selling agent and she did a fantastic job. Marina kept me up to date with all inspections and made sure the vendor delivered a clean and well kept house for settlement. I would highly recommend Marina and Jas Stephens for anyone looking for a real estate agent in the Yarraville area.

Branko helped in the initial purchase, and sale of our house in quite tricky circumstances. The sale was the result of a divorce and either party either side of the world. He made it run far more smoothly than I could've ever hoped for, and got us much more than anticipated from the sale. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

Wow what a Journey the last 6 weeks has been, we struggled to find an agent after our last experience selling which was an absolute disaster, so all trust and faith had disappeared, until along came John from Jas Stephens. John's background probably got him the gig for us and boy he didnt disappoint, this man is dedicated to the cause 110% he sold our home like it was his own, nothing was too much and he kept us informed throughout the whole process. Honestly if you want to sell your house then this guy is the man. John again from Fee and myself we cannot thank you enough, you know the problems we faced before with our previous agent and you knew how difficult it was going to be to help give us at that faith back. I would be more than happy to speak to any of your potential vendors personally to give you the thumbs up!! thanks again mate it was an absolute pleasure.

We engaged John to sell our home because we believed he would be straightforward and trustworthy in his advice, as well as having very strong experience in the local market. We also felt that he understood our approach to the sale and would work well with us. We were not disappointed. John was extremely generous with information and advice at every stage, without once being pushy. We even looked to him as a sounding board when considering properties to purchase through other agencies. John was always happy to take a call and gave a considered, appropriate response every time, backed up by both his practical experience and an obvious commitment to keeping up with research and trends in the industry. When it came to the campaign and sale for our home, John gave useful feedback and plenty of it prior to opening and after each open. He was informative about our prospects and thorough in following up leads with potential buyers. Communication was always timely and complete. The sale was a nerve wracking process but we had faith that John was doing everything that could be done to attract buyers. The extra touches that John ensured - from the flowers to the coffee cart on auction day - were a testament to the care he took with our sale. The fact we achieved a price above our expectations and sold directly at auction is further evidence that we made the right choice. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending John Galea as an agent, and while we're in no hurry to go through another sale soon, we'd relish the prospect of working again with this lovely, generous, hard working professional.

Marina was a pleasure to deal with through the sale of our house. An exceptional communicator between myself and the purchaser. Marina listened to my requests and got top dollar for my property. I would recommend Marina for the sale of any property in the West Footscray area. Marina went far over my expectations for research, chasing up potential buyers and always did it with a smile and in a professional manner. Outstanding work Marina! It’s been a pleasure, Shaun.

The process to buy property can be daunting however Taylor Romao from Jas Stephens made the process simply to follow. He was always available to answer our questions and kept in touch throughout the negotiation period. We're happy to recommend Taylor to any future buyers.
