I had known Branko from the sale of my mothers house as well as from around the area. The service I received from Branko was second to none and his knowledge of the area and sales data was great. Delighted in our result, thanks Branko and Jas Stephens!

We have sold a number of properties over the years and George has got to be one of the best agents we have ever worked with. His passion and professionalism is second to none. This is the second property we have sold in the this area and both times through George. Highly recommended.

Well done yet again on another great outcome. You are great to deal with from a vendors point of view and this sales shows your ability to also please our buyers. Makes for a pleasant exciting sale for both parties..... Keep it up! 👊 Ross and cenza

Having grown up and now living West side, Branko' s fondness for and knowledge of the local area was really refreshing and gave us confidence. He was friendly, cheerful, communicative and direct. All our transactions were handled smoothly and in a timely manner and our anxieties were minimised. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.

George was very professional and made the experience easy for us. We got the price he was anticipating, which was a relief for us. He was thorough in all conversations and made us feel at ease through the process. We would recommend him to anyone.

George provided service that was second to none. He managed the whole campaign professionally and communicated regularly and effectively. George provided confidence that allowed us to just 'sign, set and forget' the campain until auction day....where we achieved a great result. We would sell a property with George again and highly recommend his services. THANKS GEORGE :)

George was great to deal with at auction. As a buyer, you are always way of auctioneers who try to push the price up excessively on the day... George didn't do this. Andy was amazing to deal with throughout all our dealings leading up to auction day. He was extremely responsive with all our inquiries and really knew the history of the property and all the work that had been done to it.

I found George to be a true professional and customer service oriented. When I left messages on his mobile, he promptly called back. He also went out of his way to arrange a viewing with his colleague, Andy Simpson (who displayed the same qualities as George), when he was not available. Thank you

The above ratings are all true-we were extremely satisfied but just disappointed Branko couldn't find time to meet us face to face when we called. Did enjoy the wine though!!

My experience with Tate was one that left my nerves relax. He understood the market he was working in with very good credibility from past auctions, it was no doubt he was the best choice. He made the process extremely simple and made sure that I did not have much to worry about. He is very approachable and very easy to speak to. Definitely recommend him if you plan to sell or buy a property in the West Footscray area.
Tate Moore
We sold two properties using Tate Moore and could not have dreamed for better results from both auctions. Tate delivers on all of his promises. His diligence and tenacious attitude was the sole reason our most recent property sold well above our expectations. Tate introduced the underbidder who had seen the house online but had no intention of inspecting the property. If it wasn't for Tate following up old leads and matching potential buyers from his database with our home the result would have been much different. Tate showed genuine care throughout our campaigns and he clearly communicated all options and scenarios making our experience as stress free as auctioning a home could be.

We initially thought of Branko as the agent to sell our house, as we bought the house from him and had a really great experience then. When we contacted him about selling he remembered who we were which we thought was great. He took the time to come out to see us to discuss selling and answered all our questions in detail. We felt very comfortable with him and thought he went the extra step to show he wanted to work with us and would do his best to get the best outcome for us. This is why we decided to choose him as our agent. Jas Stephens also has a very good reputation which was an extra bonus. Branko made the whole process extremely easy for us. Everything from start to finish was very smooth, communication was fantastic and we got a result better than we were expecting. Overall very happy we chose to work with Branko and Jas Stephens.
