Tate really went above and beyond with us. Our negotiations were complicated by multiple changes to the CoS while I was travelling internationally. Stephen was so lovely and professional to deal with throughout the process of buying our house. Incredibly responsive with questions asked about the property in question. If he didn't know the answer, he didn't pretend. He acknowledged the question and followed up on the same day with the answer. He took time to understand what our brief was at open for inspections, therefore suggested appropriate properties instead of selling us into what was only available or on the market.
