Stephen was a pleasure to liaise with for my first home purchase. Stephen provided advice and was very responsive to any questions I had and guided me through the process at every step of the way and remained flexible with his timings to accommodate further inspections. I appreciated the genuine style of communication and felt that Stephen wanted to help me with purchasing the property

Patrick assisted me with the purchase of my first home, he always responded within the day (usually the hour), to any of my queries and very friendly and pleasant to deal with. He also had a very cool hat!
Patrick Fowler
Patrick was easy to deal with from start to finish. He returned calls and messages promptly. His knowledge and experience was extremely useful. For example, he was very helpful in suggesting measures to take before selling, and providing contacts in order to facilitate same. He was very diligent once the open for inspection process had begun, and performed very well at the auction itself. Patrick was honest and straightforward throughout. I would highly recommend him.

We first came in to contact with John over ten years ago when we were looking to purchase a home. We found his down to earth and honest approach in dealing with both vendors and buyers refreshing. We have gone on to sell multiple homes through John and are always so happy with how he handles the process. His work ethic and genuine nature are second to none!

Tate and his team are some of the best agents I have come across in the Inner west area. Tates communication and ability to move conversations forward showed a great level of professionalism and experience. I would have no problem in recommending Tate to others.

Tate kept us informed all the way through the processes and was always professional. He always made us feel like he was getting a fair deal for us and the vendor. We were so happy with Tate during this journey that we got him to sell our house.

Andy was clear from the outset about what we could expect based on his excellent knowledge and experience of the Yarraville market. He was responsive and a great communicator - going above and beyond to deliver keys on Boxing Day and even helped with watering our garden during the campaign. Andy provided great advice to us throughout the process and we built trust in his knowledge and followed his recommendations. Andy - and the whole Jas Stephens crew - have been terrific. We sold our property for the price we wanted in two weeks. I would be happy to recommend Andy to anyone looking to sell in the inner West.
