He also gave me great advice on just purchasing a house what to look for and what I should do and what I can do. My wife and I were very pleased with the performance of John Galea, agent of JasStephens, in leading and taking us through the sale of our Melbourne property (addressed above) during these last several months from June through August, 2024. Due to our residence in New Zealand, we were pleased that we were able to leave the property in the capable hands of John. He arranged for certain necessary improvements to the property that facilitated the sale and then communicated with us through his pre-auction arrangements and showings, detailing the likelihood of every inspection's chance of success. The auction itself included a number of spectators and likely buyers. It's sometimes a tough call making a decision between agents when you are looking to sell a property.
