I met Tate on multiple occasions while we were searching for a new home. He was always helpful during various open for inspections, answered all our questions clearly and kept us in the loop about homes in our search area he thought we'd be interested in. One of the homes he rang us about turned out to be the right one, and Tate helped us step through the process of negotiating our offer and securing the property that we were keen on. He is professional and knowledgeable and -- while we hope that the home we've bought will be our last! -- would not hesitate to deal with him again should we find ourselves in the market once more. He was also very happy to deal with the agent from a different real estate agency who was selling our old house to manage a range of issues around settlement, and the building inspection process.

After the sale Lachlan was happy to meet a painter and floor layer to measure the unit as I was at work and not able to do this.
