Open house inspection, I was always notified of the dates, time and outcome. He certainly cares about his customers and he gives his utmost best to sell the property at a good price. Would I recommend Jade to sell your house? ABSOLUTELY The journey to selling my house was bizarre and Jade was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond by managing tradies, holding inspections while I was overseas, came to my house when timelines were tight, kept me informed and most importantly was super honest. She respected my decision to forego a marketing campaign, worked tirelessly to get people through the property and in the end it all paid off. We didn't agree on everything but through mutual respect and excellent communication we came to the right conclusions for my individual needs. We set a sale price and that was achieved. Got to think that is pretty special.
