Polished, streamlined and intelligent. Knows the market and savvy negotiation skills. Great communicator and incredibly honest. The best agent in the area by miles and would highly recommend Patrick. Will definitely use him again if the opportunity arises.

The first time I met Elise she told me she had the perfect house for me. A month or so later it went on the market. A month after that I bought it. She was correct. And open and wonderful during the whole process

Alex was a great agent that was determined to answer any questions we had of the property. He would always keep us in the loop with everything and was very reliable, Alex provided us with answers with very quick turn-around times. The experience from start to finish with Alex was a memorable and fulfilling one. We know he will be able to provide the same feeling to his future clients

Elise has provided us with incredible support every step of the way, during the preparation of our house for sale, the marketing and the final auction. Her strategic advice has been invaluable, her network of tradies have turned up when needed and her constant communication in keeping us in the loop has made selling so much less stressful than our prior experiences. She has been open, kind and honest. We cannot recommend Elise highly enough as the best agent we have ever dealt with.

Selling our long term family home was one of our most important decisions. We knew that we just needed to get this right so we had to have the best . Lily Lynch ticked every box. If you're looking for professionalism and expertise look no further. She is it!! From start to finish she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From initial conversations and advice through to the end she was outstanding . Lily has an abundance of knowledge regarding the local market and always made us feel like a priority. We mattered, our family home mattered . Responses were instant. We could not have dealt with a more professional and hard working agent . She listens to her clients . Throughout our journey she demonstrated attention to detail and made our journey a pleasureable one. Our family will be forever grateful for enabling us to close one chapter to start a new one in our lives with the outstanding result of the sale of our home. Thank you Lily

As a first time seller, Elise was very helpful in walking me through the steps and various options for selling. She was very good at keeping me updated on the process and successfully negotiated a good outcome for a property that had a number of challenges.

Elise was a warm, hard working, thorough and passionate agent throughout our sales process. As first time vendors, we really appreciated her clear communication, understanding of our circumstances (three siblings selling the family home), sense of humour, and kind attitude. Her recommendations for stylists and trades were so helpful, and she was only ever a phone call away when needed. She worked hard to get a good price for our property and we're so pleased with the outcome. Couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Elise.

The reason I chose Taylor was he represented my daughter in selling her property and she was so pleased with the outcome that she suggested for me to use Taylor for selling my property. I am now so grateful for that choice as Taylor has shown a professional approach, his knowledge of the market and always kept me up to date with proceedings . I would not hesitate in recommending him to my friends or family. And on top of that, he is a real nice guy.
