Shack was open and honest about pricing and expectations. he went about his business quickly and regularly checked in if something had changed. He didnt check in everyday so when he called you knew it was important which i really liked. ultimately he exceeded expectations and getting more than the asking price in less than a week was better than I expected.

Iris had a very detailed history of the house and any questions that we had Iris liaised with the owners to acquire the answers. Iris also had an excellent knowledge of the housing market in Kalgoorlie. We were also impressed with the speed in which any repairs that did need attention were done in a speedy and professional manner. The final inspection was very detailed and met our expectation.
