Iris is an honest, caring and compassionate human, she took her time to get to know what makes us tick and to guide us through an honest sale. Iris operates with integrity and kindness and knows her market well. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome selling our family home where many memories were made.

We purchased a property through Shack and our buyers agents. Shack communicated well even though he had taken leave and helped manage our expectations very well. Thanks Shack

Proactive, honest, communicates regularly, knows the local market well. Works hard to get you the best price rather than the quickest sale. The whole process was made easy

An Absolutely Outstanding Agent. Selling my property with Shack Evans was hands‑down one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From the very first conversation to settlement, he was nothing short of exceptional. Shack communicated clearly, consistently, and with genuine care. I never once felt out of the loop, he kept me updated at every stage, explained everything in a way that made sense. He made the whole process feel effortless. He went above and beyond in every way. His professionalism, work ethic, and commitment to getting the best result were obvious from day one. And he delivered — not just a smooth sale, but an outstanding outcome. Shack isn’t just a great agent… he’s an absolute legend. Couldn’t recommend him more highly!!!
