Well, after previous failures in attempts to sell my property I was approached by Iris. I firstly understood what was saying would that would help speed up the sale....I did that and she was "action" woman. Plus she kept me informed all the way, bothered to do 2/3 things she neednt have and generally was an excellent communicator. Plus I felt she really cared about helping me sell !. Iris was recommended via a friend who just sold her house within a week. Therefore, I asked Iris for an appraisal for my property. To my utter amazement within 3 days Iris put my house under offer as the buyer were 100% suited to my home. Iris helped with her knowledge and supported me within the settlement period.
