I chose Iris to represent me firstly, because I saw her properties advertised on Facebook, and from that, I got the impression that she was a real go getter. Other agents I had used over the years, (and I'd been trying to sell my property for a very long time) seemed to loose interest very quickly. Granted, it is an older house and in need of some TLC, but I live in Tasmania and was not able to do anything about it. Iris didn't give up tho. She kept showing people thru until finally someone showed up that was prepared to do a bit of work and make the house their own. I am so grateful to Iris for not giving up or loosing interest. She is definately number ONE for me 🤗
