I got to see the house after it had been on the market less than a day , I was able to get reports done within a week and got an offer in straight away .As a first time buyer Iris definitely has the knowledge of what’s what and she worked around times to suit my working hours or days off . She has been there every step of the way and has even followed up after settlement to make sure everything is good. I will start off by saying, this sale, although difficult due to distance (We live in Perth, house was in Kalgoorlie), was made extremely easier with Iris. Iris was always informative, honest and always kept us up to date on the whole situation. Got onto things straight away, did everything she could, to help us. And just made selling a house, that much better. We even switched the rental we have over to john matthew and sons because of her. I would Highly recommend Iris. Patience and honesty are what I’ve felt from Iris. Due to the shift work I had only time after work to inspect the property and it’s always getting darker, hard to see outdoor area clearly. Iris encouraged to look at house one more time, but in day time. She also did her best in her knowledge to answer any of my questions, even after settlement! I believe that the vendors and I were in the good hands.
