Our exprienced with Iris was amazing, she's not only as an agent of what she's selling but she was also guidance person as well for us like a first time home buyer. She will guide through it all from the beggining until the end. She was easy to talk to, always there if you need her or if you want to ask something regarding the process of documents and the people who'll you need to contact to. Iris was great in keeping us updated and is hard worker but was, at times, argumentative and wanted most things to go the way that she wanted as opposed to listening to our wishes. Was more worried about how she presented to the buyer rather than working for the clients who were paying the bills. Got the sale done to her credit but was tricky from start to end.
