Most recently, they advertised our property on a Friday, opened it on the Monday and had it rented by the end of the week. That turnaround reflects their attention to detail and strong work ethic. They don’t just throw up a listing - they use realistic photos, accurate descriptions and even a virtual walk-through, a level of presentation I usually only see for properties for sale. This gives prospective tenants an honest, transparent view of the property. Lou is also realistic with pricing. He runs thorough reports on comparable properties and provides well-reasoned recommendations, so you know where your property sits in the market. As a result, our properties have always been filled quickly.
