After extensive research and talking to friends, I decided to contact Jump. At the initial meeting, Lou - the Director pointed out a few things that I needed to attend before it was ready for rent. I found Lou was polite, friendly and helpful. After signing the contract, Lou came to the house to take photos as well as the complimentary Video Walk Through and Virtual Tour (Free of Charge). The next day the property was listed online. Immediately after the Open Inspection Evening, Nina - the Property Manager sent me the Inspection Report to inform me the details of the Open Inspection. The next morning, Nina recommended 3 quality applicants to me to consider as potential tenant. It did not take long the rental contract was signed. Jane - the Account Executive and Mary - the other Director were very helpful to find the plumber to fix the plumbing/toilet problems. Lou even went further by getting the 2nd quote for the repair work. No matter whether it was a small job or big job, they gladly helped me to fix the problems. All in all, everyone at Jump are very polite, friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation to recommend Jump to anyone who is looking for a new Property Manager.
