Being our first investment property, he took the time to explain things clearly and helped us throughout the process. Lou presented himself in a professional and friendly manner. He was approachable during the open inspection and throughout the application process. Selecting a real estate agent to manage rentals is daunting in today's rental climate. Lou Marchesan from Jump management and sales provided a professional, timely and stress-free service. The initial meeting was informative, and I quickly ascertained Jump values honesty, service and client satisfaction as key. I was fully informed of the rights and obligations of landlords and tenants. Nearby comparable rental properties and prices were up-to-date and realistic. All agent fees were thoroughly explained, and information regarding virtual tours, video walk-throughs, and the Jump connect portal was explained. The Jump Connect portal provides regular updates to the client on rentals, property condition updates, rents paid and owner inspection reports. After a personal visit from Lou Marchesan, I was given insightful and professional advice regarding maximising rental through property improvement and ensuring tenants were provided with the highest standard of property. In just two short weeks virtual tour of the property was finalised, the property advertised, a complete list of potential renters and Jump's recommendations enabled me to make a quick decision and select a suitable tenant. Jump Property and Management were recommended to me by industry leaders in real estate. I couldn't have been happier with the personal service, professional advice and quick results. My first encounter with Jump was when a friend entrusted me her keys to return back to them. I've enlisted their help a mere 6 months thereafter to manage rental of my property. They operate promptly, have excellent communication skills, trouble shoot matters effectively. And helped me locate trades person to fix and tidy up the place before rental. They made the myriad of legal/contractual paperworks as easy for me as possible. I have a vibrant infant who's constantly kn the go, so all these little things were invaluable to me. Professional throughout and keep me updated each step of the process. Highly recommend
