While inspecting a house through Chris Rigney’s, Agent 2.0 Real Estate, although i liked the house, Chris could see that the home would eventually not be suitable for me as I have Multiple Sclerosis and would likely find negotiating the many steps difficult. Chris suggested another home that was coming onto the market and contacted the owner and asked for an inspection for that afternoon. His attention to my problem was thoughtful and very helpful for me and I was so taken with the house and the fact that it had only one step that I started with negotiations straight away.
