We first met Chris about 2 years ago when we first started looking for a home. Being a big family with quite specific needs we were in no hurry to buy as we wanted to find the perfect place for us as a family. Over this time, Chris has replied to all our inquiries (very promptly I might add!), shown us through properties which has often been on weekends and after hours and always followed up with us. Late last year, we approached him asking to look at a particular house and we were viewing it within days. He took the time to show us around highlighting specifics we would have missed, he was very upfront with building and pest reports as well as having a great deal of knowledge on the wider location as well as the specific street.
