From the superior marketing package to arranging inspections, following up with potential buyers, providing comprehensive feedback and updates, there is not one aspect of Chris’s service we have not been 100% happy with.

Even though Chris works for the sellers, we felt like he valued our input and was considerate when discussing our needs / wants around the property AND price. Throughout the negotiations Chris showed compassion but made it clear he was there to get the best price he could for the sellers which meant we needed to pay the most we could, if we were going to be able to move forward with the property. Chris provided an estimated selling price range but still agreed to list the property where I felt comfortable. I found Chris to be extremely patient throughout this process as I was all too happy to wait for the right price. Chris checked in regularly and updated me when there had been interested parties on the property. Before engaging Agent 2.0 Real Estate, I read many of Chris' testimonials and they frequently mentioned that he went 'above and beyond'. The day my investment property exchanged, he actually picked my four children up from school, cooked them dinner and put them to bed! He ran me a bath, poured me a glass of wine and ordered Thai food for a movie night.. he even stuck around to watch it with me. The following day he did some yard work and even cleaned out the pool.
