Chris provided an estimated selling price range but still agreed to list the property where I felt comfortable. I found Chris to be extremely patient throughout this process as I was all too happy to wait for the right price. Chris checked in regularly and updated me when there had been interested parties on the property. Before engaging Agent 2.0 Real Estate, I read many of Chris' testimonials and they frequently mentioned that he went 'above and beyond'. The day my investment property exchanged, he actually picked my four children up from school, cooked them dinner and put them to bed! He ran me a bath, poured me a glass of wine and ordered Thai food for a movie night.. he even stuck around to watch it with me. The following day he did some yard work and even cleaned out the pool.
