Communication was key during my process of buying my property. Steve showed brilliant leadership throughout the process of purchasing my property. In particular his staff (Tiff) members showed true professionalism during the process. In particular my property was difficult due to still being rented however the entire Agent team went out of there way to assist or answer any of my silly questions. I highly recommend them if you’re buying or selling your property. I’ve found other real estates just want your money. Thanks Steve

They also sold our property, successfully doing so off-market and meeting our expectations within a timeframe that perfectly aligned with the end of the lease. By selling off-market, we saved a significant amount on marketing fees and avoided loss of rent.
