I cannot recommend Steve and his team highly enough.  It was 8 years ago that we bought the house I just sold through Steve, from Steve.  Real estate agents get a, perhaps deservedly in many cases, bad wrap for their lack of integrity and honesty.  Not Steve.  Why would I choose to sell through the bloke I bought the house off?  Integrity and honesty, that's why. I gave a 5 star review when we bought the house from Steve, and I give a 5 star review now too after selling through him.  The process was seamless.  Communication was outstanding.  His team (shout out to Tiff and Mac!) were a pleasure to work with.  Nothing was too much, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the end result, for a lovely house that required the right buyer to truly appreciate. I only have one regret.  And that is that I can't buy through Steve after the transfer to QLD!  Go for it - you won't be disappointed. .

I had chosen Agent Team due to passing their shopfront at Kippax. Steve contacted me straight away after I left a message for an appraisal. He was very friendly and was able to give me his frank opinion on the value of the property (even though the house was full of packing boxes) based on his familiarity with the area and many past sales that he had. I signed up on the spot with Steve based on his knowledge of the area and his friendliness. He said that it was the first contract that he had to write up on top of a packing box!! From the day the house was handed over to him and his team to settlement, Steve and his team had assisted me to show my house at it’s best. All issues are discussed and addressed . He kept me posted on all the inspections and feedback as well as he and his teams impression. I greatly appreciated the assistance and professionalism shown by him and his team.

Mac and Tiffany were totally professional from our first contact with Agent Team through to after settlement. Mac was polite and showed his experience in real estate by his competency. A very easy, trouble-free experience buying a property from Mac and Steve.
